Either way, we are pleased to announce happy tummy times ahead for you because Paperbark Camp’s beautiful long table country restaurant is back to proudly provide delicious dining onsite at Berry Showgrounds on Friday 30th November and Saturday 1st December at this years Fairgrounds Festival.
Showcasing the best of the South Coast’s famous ingredients, our three-course share plate dinner runs for just over an hour, (Friday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 5.00pm & 6.30pm), timed to make sure you enjoy sumptuous meals and sublime music. Come join us to enjoy dishes inspired by the flavours of Spain, France, Israel, Turkey and the cultures of Northern Africa, carefully prepared by recently appointed Paperbark Camp chef Steve Brown and his team. Dinner includes a glass of premium NSW wine or a beer.
Our final menu will be determined by the seasonal availability of the freshest and best local ingredients, but dinner may start with chilled soup, local olives, flatbreads and dips, followed by slow cooked lamb, marinated and baked chicken and seafood accompanied by platters of roasted vegetables w/ smoky garlic eggplant, zucchini and fregola salad with seeds and lemon garlic or a cabbage slaw with hazelnuts and tahini coriander dressing. Plus an individual sweet treat before you return to the musical smorgasbord of Fairgrounds.
We understand kids love sampling grown-ups’ shared dishes and we ensure there is plenty for everyone to try but for all-round happiness, we also have a kids’ meal. Seats for children are limited. Yes! You are welcome to transfer dining tickets until 27/11/18 provided notice is received in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org
