Join us late June for Luminous Rest – a winter retreat with Tash Pinter

As the winter months draw near, we’re thrilled to welcome back Tash Pinter — a facilitator devoted to sharing subtle practices and time-tested methods that guide us inward — toward rest, renewal, and the quiet depth that lives beneath the noise.
Following her sold-out winter retreat in 2023, Tash returns to Paperbark Camp to hold Luminous Rest — a rare weekend immersion into energetic purification through asana, breath practices, yin yoga, Himalayan meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
Joining her is esteemed bodyworker Tahlia Seinor (@healwell), who will offer a deeply supportive workshop in lymphatic drainage — supporting the body’s natural ability to detoxify, recalibrate, and restore.
This is more than a yoga retreat.
It’s an invitation to step into winter’s natural rhythm — to receive the fruits of changing your momentum.
To pause the habitual noise of life and return to what is essential.
To reconnect with the ground luminosity — the clarity and steadiness always present beneath the surface of doing.
Held over two nourishing nights, Luminous Rest offers a spacious yet intimate experience of ancient practices — woven seamlessly into the quiet beauty of Paperbark Camp.
What Awaits You:
- Swami Rama’s Self-Healing Image Yoga Nidra practice
(includes a recording to continue your 40-day personal sadhana at home) - Kriya, Meditation & Contemplative Practice from the Himalayan Masters — subtle techniques passed down to support the natural arising of the meditative state
- Restorative Yoga & Yin by the fire
- Abhyanga self-massage & hot outdoor baths
- A Lymphatic Bodywork Workshop with Tahlia Seinor of @healwell
(with optional 1:1 treatments available) - Seasonal meals crafted by Paperbark Camp’s in-house chef — using locally sourced produce
- Luxury safari-style accommodation with heating & private outdoor bath
Why This Retreat Is Different
One of the most common reflections from past guests has been the profound quality of sleep experienced after a weekend of lymphatic bodywork and Yoga Nidra — the kind of deep rest that arises when the body is supported, the mind uncluttered, and the nervous system is given space to settle.
This is rest not as avoidance — but as medicine.
Rest as a gateway to self-regulation and inner healing.
