Terms & Conditions
- Rates are valid from 01/04/19 – 31/03/20 inc. A minimum 2 night stay, dinner bed & breakfast only is required during peak periods, Fridays and Saturdays.
- A $300 deposit is required for all bookings. A $50 non-refundable administration fee is applicable to all booking amendments including date changes and cancellations.
- A 3 night stay is required for the Easter Long Weekend, October Long Weekend, Canberra Day and the Australia Day Long Weekend.
- Rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast as well as use of canoes & bikes unless stated otherwise.
- Check-in is from 2.00pm, Check-out is 11.00am.
- Paperbark Camp is closed mid week from 10/06/19 to 30/08/19 inclusive for winter maintenance.
- CANCELLATION - A $300.00 cancellation fee per tent is payable for all cancellations or transfers of less than 14 days notice. Cancellations or transfers with less than 48 hrs notice or no-shows will incur a charge equal to the value of one nights accommodation.
- All rates are GST inclusive
- Paperbark Camp has a small bar menu and we do offer picnic lunches for guests to take with them for the day if booked the night before.
- No children under 6 years of age. A maximum of three children is allowed per room.
