For many of our guests, a stay at Paperbark Camp is a well-earned chance to sleep in, enjoy a long, lazy breakfast on the verandah and catch up on some reading, o, perhaps jump in a canoe or kayak or explore the camp’s walking trails of the camp before heading back to your luxury tented hideaway for an afternoon snooze or a few hours finishing off a book and thinking about what might be on the specials for dinner. For others, Paperbark Camp serves as the ideal base for exploring the spectacular Jervis Bay Marine Park and surrounding coastal landscapes, , with its pristine beaches, award-winning Booderee National Park , abundant native wildlife and calm blue waters, Jervis Bay is a true playground for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.

This is such a great experience and

The property at Paperbark Camp NSW has some easy walking trails that meander through paperbark, gum, and mangrove forests, perfect for a stroll before breakfast—a great time for spotting kangaroos. Or grab your torch and walk the trails in the evening, looking out for possums and other nocturnal residents during your Jervis Bay stay.

Bikes are available for guests' enjoyment and are an eco-friendly way to explore the local area from our campsite in Jervis Bay. The bayside town of Huskisson is only 15 minutes away by bike, with a dedicated path along many picturesque white sand beaches. Or take a leisurely ride and taste locally brewed beers at the nearby—not one, but two—award-winning microbreweries!

Or take the Paperbark Challenge and canoe to Huskisson and back, stopping off for a picnic and a swim on the banks of the Currambene Creek—a great day out during your Jervis Bay camping adventure.
