- Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- We recommend choosing a package for your stay, but a monetary value gift card for use at the Gunyah restaurant is also a great option.
- Ensure that the gift card includes the correct recipient details (To and From).
Gift Cards are valid for use during peak seasons, though additional surcharges may apply. - A minimum two-night stay is required for bookings that include a Friday or Saturday night or during peak periods.
- Refunds are not provided for purchases below the value of the Gift Card.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are strictly non-refundable.
- Gift Cards are subject to verification at the time of use, and Paperbark Camp reserves the right to reject cards that appear forged, damaged, defaced, or tampered with.
- Paperbark Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Replacements or refunds will not be issued.
The management reserves the right to update or waive these terms and conditions at its discretion.
