Start planning. May is Shoalhaven Food Month!

The Gunyah restaurant at Paperbark Camp is part of Shoalhaven Food Month

This May the Shoalhaven is celebrating all things FOOD! With its fertile green pastures, diverse landscapes and pristine waters, it's no wonder there is so much incredible produce. From oysters, mussels and seaweed products, to artisanal chocolates, dairy and cheese and freshest organic leafy greens, it's a chefs paradise!

Paperbark Camp, is also lucky to have some edible natives that grow wild around the property, including warrigal greens, samphire and seablite.

Join us on Thursday 5th May for a Native Fusion dinner inspired by the multicultural flavours of contemporary Australian cooking, and utilising foraged bush ingredients,  the set menu will focus on local produce and combine with  native bush ingredients for an indigenous twist.

Grab some friends and book a table for dinner or why not treat yourself to a romantic night away and stay the night too! Price is $130 per person including paired wines or dine and stay from $640/double including dinner and breakfast.
